Customer Service Center
You can contact with us by phone, email or livechat. We will answer your questions through these methods. After you place the order, we will collect your order information. Before we print your invitations, we will send proofs to confirm with you in 36 hours. Also you can ask for changes of your order, we will follow your request and then pass to our designer. They will make new proofs or modify the proofs for you. We can't print them until you are satisfied with the proofs.

Design Originality Center
All of our new styles of invitations are designed here and our designers will give you more choices for wedding invitations. They get your order information from customer service and make new proofs or modify the proofs for you.

Quality Control Center
After you confirm the proofs, we will check the spelling, wording and amount of your invitations before we print them. If we find there is something wrong, we will contact with you and stop printing.

Process Center
When you confirm the proofs of your invitations and approve that they are OK to print, we will take them to our process center. Your invitations, response cards, reception cards and envelops will be processed there. It will take about 1~2 business days.

Package Control Center
After printing, we will check the amount and quality of your invitations before we package and ship them. When everything is OK, we will package them in 24 hours.

UPS/FEDEX/TNT Delivery
Your invitations will be shipped by UPS/FEDEX/TNT after packaging. The package will be shipped to you in about 2~3 business days.
