I. Shipping Method

VPonsale ships all items through Fedex / UPS International Air Express to world wide. The shipping time of FedEx usually takes 2-4 business days.
In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you'll receive your order:



Processing Time:the period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product. After we confirm the size with you though the email we will ship the dress out within 8 work day.

Shipping Time: the period of time from when the item be shipped by Fedex to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 2 - 3 business days.

When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online - FedEx or UPS.

II. Return Policy

At vponsale.com, we do our best to ensure that all dresses are produced perfectly and according to the willingness of our customers.
Our team of design and manufacture experts inspects the style and the size of the dresses several times during the production process.
We also make sure that during delivery the dresses are protected with a durable to make sure it will not be deformed or damaged through the delivery.
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your dresses you may return them to us and get a FULL refund
(shipping costs NOT included) OR a NEW dress..
(Only one can be availed - a one time replacement OR refund).

Terms and Conditions:
  • The above policy is only valid if and when:
  • Returns are made within 7 days of receiving the dresses.
  • Customer contacts Customer Service WITHIN 7 Days of receiving their dresses.
  • The returned item must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
  • A tracking number of the returned dresses must be provided to our Customer Service team together with the reference code issued.
  • Should the customer decide to choose a dresses of higher value, the difference will be charged.
